    As technology advances, it becomes increasingly important for employees to be digitally literate. This is especially important in the workplace when the internet is always accessible. Employers are aware of this and are becoming stricter on employees who have not yet adopted digital literacy or are not fully digital natives. These employees are expected to have their own devices, be familiar with various social media platforms, and use them frequently throughout the workday.
